Employees, customers and suppliers are encouraged in good faith and possibly anonymously to report illegal or unethical behavior in the Group's companies. Such cases must be reported either to the Group CEO, Søren Husted or to the Chairman of the Board, Lars Pettersson, if the suspicion involves the Group CEO.
Issues to be reported include, for example, suspicion of corruption, bribery, fraud, document fraud, serious environmental pollution, serious environmental safety violations or serious examples of violence and / or sexual abuse. As a general rule, only serious conditions or illegalities must be reported through the Whistleblower system. Relationship issues, absences, violations of rules on smoking or alcohol policy, violation of e-mail and web policies are reported either to the direct manager or the Cooperation Committee as needed.
