KP is capable of interacting with our customers on any desired level, focusing on minimizing the overall total cost. With many of our customers we exchange different and relevant data electronically via EDI systems, allowing us receive forecasts, orders and other customer communications and posts back confirmations and invoices through the same system. This electronic data interchange saves valuable resources on both sides.

With a continuous focus on offering our customers the best possible delivery performance - even for components with normally long lead time - KP has established a number of different logistical solutions.

This is done through VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) agreements, where KP offers to stock the manufactured components as well the original raw material. This enables delivery of complex components within a two to four day span. These consignments reduce the tie-up in storage capacity / costs for our customers, offering a short delivery time and ensuring an excellent quality and consistency of supply.
