Our robot automated manufacturing systems allow a direct salary cost down to 3 % per component. This facilitates extremely low production costs per unit and makes KP competitive with any global subcontractor. In production we are working with deviation levels down to 400-500 PPM. Our tolerances in straightness and roundness fall within 2 µ.

Our normal manufacturing tolerances fall within 20 µ and our honing department subsequently works hole tolerances down to 1 µ. Some of our Combi Cells can machine surfaces within tolerances of 2 µ.
