FMS-CELLS

FLEXIBLE AND COST EFFECTIVE

Our FMS-cells consist of seven identical MAZAK CNC-centres with a complete pallet system that replaces pallets with fixtures in each centre. These FMS-lines are especially suitable for simultaneous manufacturing of many different complex components and at the same time provide a high output.

The lowest number for optimal production on an FMS-line is about 50 components of each variation. The lines are equipped with cleaning units, which allow instant shipping of the machined parts - directly to the customer’s assembly line.
