JET-CELLS

HIGHLY EFFICIENT OUTPUT

We have numerous fully automated Jet-Cells. Each Jet-Cell consists of four or five identical MAZAK CNC-centres - that are all equipped with fully automated hydraulic fixtures and each operated by a working robot. We have optimized our Jet-Cells to serial produce high quantities of one identical component or to serial produce many variants.

The Jet-Cells are constructed with a high grade of flexibility, which means that one or more machines can be operated manually, while the robot still operates the rest of the remaining machines. These Jet-Cells run an optimal production down to 50 units per variant.
