FIXTURE MANUFACTURING

Serial production and short processing hours today demand the use of high-technology fixtures. We are therefore focusing on developing our own fixtures.

Our Jet-Cells require advanced fixtures and clamping tools with automatic control of the position of the raw item and an interface to the robot.

We construct a wide range of fixtures for various projects - from design in 3D-CAD to processing with CAM tools to the final assembly. 
A number of our fixtures are hydraulic and are therefore specifically suited for use in CNC machining centers with automatic loading and unloading systems.

At a customer’s request we also handle the project engineering and construction of complete production cells.
